The school and hostel fee structure for academic session 2021-22 shall be as below.

Declaration:
1. VPS declares that apart from initial admission fee, monthly tuition fee and hostel fee for hostellers, it shall not be charging any other fee in the name of Examination fee or Development charges or electricity charges etc. However fee if any levied by external agencies, be it in private sector or government sector shall be paid by students on actual basis.
2. Unlike many other schools of Champaran VPS shall not be forcing parents and students to buy books and uniforms compulsorily from school.
3. Students shall be paying a onetime admission fee at the time of entry to the school and are not required to pay admission fee every year.
4. The hostel fee includes rental charges for hostel as well as mess charges. The students shall be provided morning breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner in night. Every student shall be provided a separate bed, a study desk and a storage space for his belongings. Any medical bill incurred on student or any other bill other than the specific inclusions has to be paid by student/parents separately. Students have to bring appropriate clothing, bed, mosquito net etc from their home or they can buy it from school store on extra basis.

Payment of Fee: Fee can be paid online or cheques can be deposited in the bank account of VPS (details given on website) in any branch of HDFC bank or cash/cheque can be deposited at the school counter. School prefers fee payment through banking channels.
